Calidad De Atención Desde La Perspectiva Del Paciente Y Del Familiar Cuidador En El Hogar Clínica San Juan De Dios- Chiclayo 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada Calidad de atención desde la perspectiva del paciente y del familiar cuidador en el hogar clínica San Juan de Dios- Chiclayo 2016; tiene como objetivo analizar la calidad de atención desde la perspectiva del paciente y del familiar cuidador en el hogar clínica San Juan de Dios en Chiclayo. La presente investigación por su enfoque es Cuantitativa – Descriptiva. La variable se puede medir desde la perspectiva del paciente y de los cuidados en el hogar clínica San Juan de Dios de Chiclayo. En cuanto a los métodos y procedimientos de la recolección de datos, se utilizó una encuesta de elaboración dirigida a los colaboradores. Este instrumento será validado por un juicio de expertos; de un total de 70 pacientes (100%) el 48.6% reconoce como buena dicha calidad percibida, sin embargo el 42.9% de los encuestados la cataloga como regular. Se concluyó que la calidad está recibiendo una creciente atención en todo el mundo y se debe a que está presente en lo esencial de toda actividad humana. Se recomienda a la jefatura administrativa de esta institución crear el departamento de calidad para la atención de servicios de salud la cual debe medir de manera periódica la calidad percibida por los pacientes hospitalizados y también de consulta externa. In this research entitled Quality of care from the perspective of the patient and the family caregiver at the San Juan de Dios clinic home- Chiclayo 2016; quality is receiving increasing attention around the world and is due to the fact that it is present in the essence of all human activity, in this research the objective was to analyze the quality of care from the perspective of the patient and the family caregiver in the home San Juan de Dios clinic in Chiclayo. The present research work, for its focus is Quantitative - Descriptive and the hypothesis The quality of care can be measured from the perspective of the patient and the care at the San Juan de Dios clinic home in Chiclayo, regarding the methods and data collection procedures, a preparation survey was used for collaborators, this instrument will be validated by an expert judgment; out of a total of 70 patients (100%), 48.6% recognized that perceived quality as good, although 42.9% of respondents rated it as regular. It was concluded that quality is receiving increasing attention throughout the world and is due to the fact that it is present in the essence of all human activity. It is recommended to the administrative headquarters of this institution to create the department of quality for the attention of health services which must periodically measure the quality perceived by hospitalized patients and also of external consultation.
