Condiciones Laborales Y Su Relación Con La Calidad De Atención Al Usuario Externo En La Unidad Productora De Servicios De Patología Clínica Del Hospital Referencial De Ferreñafe. Enero‐Diciembre 2016

Abstract

En la presente investigación titulada Condiciones laborales y su relación con la calidad de atención al usuario externo en la unidad productora de servicios de patología clínica del hospital referencial de Ferreñafe Enero‐diciembre 2016; el propósito es mejorar la calidad de atención en salud el cual es un factor crítico de éxito en el actual sistema sanitario peruano y está definitivamente relacionado con las condiciones laborales en las que se desenvuelven el personal administrativo y asistencial ,en la presente investigación el objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre las condiciones laborales y la calidad de atención al usuario externo en la unidad productora de servicios de patología clínica del hospital referencial de Ferreñafe. Enero - Diciembre 2016. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó para esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva – correlacional y la hipótesis es, existe relación directa entre las condiciones laborales y la calidad de atención al usuario externo en la unidad productora de servicios de patología clínica del hospital referencial de Ferreñafe (favorable versus desfavorable). En el establecimiento de estudio se concluyó en base al estadístico T Student que existe relación significativa de 0.02 entre las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores y la calidad de atención al usuario externo en dicho servicio. Otra de las conclusiones relevantes es que en la unidad de patología clínica del hospital referencial de Ferreñafe; de un total de 7 trabajadores; el 71.4% de ellos manifiestan su aceptación favorable con respecto a las condiciones laborales que allí imperan; sólo dos de ellos coinciden como un entorno desfavorable en relación a esta unidad de trabajo.In the present investigation titled Working conditions and its relation with the quality of attention to the external user in the unit producing clinical pathology services of the referential hospital of Ferreñafe January-December 2016; the purpose is to improve the quality of health care which is a critical success factor in the current Peruvian health system and is definitely related to the working conditions in which the administrative and assistance personnel work, in the present investigation the objective is to determine the relationship that exists between working conditions and the quality of attention to the external user in the unit producing clinical pathology services of the referential hospital of Ferreñafe. January - December 2016. The type of research that was used for this research is descriptive - correlational and the hypothesis is, there is a direct relationship between working conditions and the quality of attention to the external user in the clinical pathology service unit of the referential hospital of Ferreñafe (favorable versus unfavorable). In the study establishment it was concluded based on the Student T statistic that there is a significant relationship of 0.02 between the working conditions of the workers and the quality of attention to the external user in said service. Another of the relevant conclusions is that in the clinical pathology unit of the referential hospital of Ferreñafe; out of a total of 7 workers; 71.4% of them show their favorable acceptance with respect to the working conditions prevailing there; only two of them coincide as an unfavorable environment in relation to this unit of work.
