dc.description.abstractEl presente informe de investigación se inició ante la presencia de problemas nutricionales en las gestantes del Centro de Salud San Martín, se formuló la siguiente interrogante ¿Cuáles son las conductas y hábitos alimentarios en gestantes con y sin sobre-peso que acuden al Centro de Salud San Martín Lambayeque de Setiembre- Diciembre del 2016? Se planteó el objetivo Identificar las conductas y hábitos alimentarios en un grupo de gestantes con y sin sobrepeso que acuden al Centro de Salud de San Martín de Lambayeque, durante los meses de Setiembre- Diciembre del 2016 El tipo de estudio descriptivo, observacional, correlacional de corte trasversal. Se estableció una muestra de 50 gestantes que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. La información fue recogida mediante un cuestionario estructurado durante los meses de Setiembre- Diciembre del 2016 Se obtuvo como resultado que las conductas y hábitos en las madres gestantes con sobre peso y sin sobrepeso: clasificación DEFICIENTE el 54%, SALUDABLES el 32% y ADECUADOS el 14%, no presentándose diferencia mayor a 1% entre ambos grupos d estudio. Sobre el conocimiento de guías alimentaria es deficiente la clasificación de conductas y hábitos en ambos grupos de estudio evidenciándose el 63.6% y 60.7% respectivamente. Con respecto a las conductas sedentarias es adecuada la clasificación de conductas y hábitos en ambos grupos de estudio, mostrándose el 63.7% y 57.1% respectivamente. En cuanto a los alimentos de alto consumo es deficiente la clasificación de conductas y hábitos en ambos grupos de estudio evidenciándose el 45,4% y 50% respectivamente. Al estudiar la alimentación fuera de horario es deficiente la clasificación de conductas y hábitos en ambos grupos de estudio es representada por el 59.1% y 60.8%respectivamente. This research report was initiated in the presence of nutritional problems in pregnant women San Martin Health Center, the following question was asked: What are the behaviors and eating habits in pregnant women with and without overweight who come to the Health Center San Martín Lambayeque of September- December 2016? The goal was to identify behaviors and eating habits in a group of pregnant women with and without overweight who come to the Health Center of San Martín de Lambayeque, during the months of September-December 2016 The type of descriptive, observational, correlational cross-sectional study. A sample of 50 pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria was established. The information was collected through a structured questionnaire during the months of September-December 2016 It was obtained that the behaviors and habits in pregnant mothers with overweight and without overweight: DEFICIENT classification 54%, HEALTHY 32% and ADEQUATE 14%, no difference greater than 1% between both groups d study. On the knowledge of food guides, the classification of behaviors and habits in both study groups is deficient, evidencing 63.6% and 60.7% respectively. With respect to sedentary behaviors, the classification of behaviors and habits in both study groups is adequate, showing 63.7% and 57.1% respectively. As for high consumption foods, the classification of behaviors and habits in both study groups is deficient, evidencing 45.4% and 50% respectively.
